- 140 g tuna in water, drained
- 70 g feta cheese
- 14 g red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and ground black pepper
- 110 g ripe tomato, quartered and sliced
- 70 g cucumber, diced
- 35 g green bell pepper, sliced
- 5 olives (preferably Kalamata)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1⁄8 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl, then combine it with tuna, onion, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
2. Slice the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper, then place them in a large bowl.
3. Pour in the olive oil and vinegar, then add the olives. Mix everything together well.
4. Arrange the salad on a serving platter or on individual plates. Then, place the tuna and feta mixture on top. Garnish with additional oregano, freshly ground black pepper, and lemon wedges.
