Instructions

2. Pour in the cream and let it simmer briefly until it thickens. Crack the eggs directly into the pan, stirring to combine thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, continuing to stir until the eggs reach your desired consistency.
3. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate and serve with smoked salmon or bacon.
