Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 28 g baby spinach
  • 55 g smoked salmon or cooked bacon

Instructions

1. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the baby spinach and sauté until it softens.

2. Pour in the cream and let it simmer briefly until it thickens. Crack the eggs directly into the pan, stirring to combine thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, continuing to stir until the eggs reach your desired consistency.

3. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate and serve with smoked salmon or bacon.
