Ingredients
Garlic mayonnaise
- 45 ml mayonnaise
- 1⁄8 tbsp garlic powder

- 55 g bacon
- 7 g butter (optional)
- 110 g boneless chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 70 g Romaine lettuce
- 28 g cherry tomatoes, in halves
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and garlic powder, then set aside.
2. If using, fry bacon slices in butter until crispy, then remove and keep warm. Reserve the grease in the pan.
3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cut each thigh into thirds. Fry in the same skillet as the bacon until golden brown and fully cooked.
4. Rinse and chop the lettuce using a clean cutting board and knife separate from the raw chicken.
5. Arrange lettuce on a plate and top with chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and garlic mayo.
